Two Urns apartment, a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom duplex apartment  with 3 off-street parking spaces

Can sleep from 4 - 11 guests maximum.   It is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors at 1239 N. Greenview Avenue and is also available as rental as individual B&B guestrooms if you wish to book it individually.  Our apartments are rented without breakfast or maid service for those, who wish more privacy and the most reasonable rates that run from $400 - $550/night based on the number of guests and number of nights booked.  A 3-4 night minimum stay is required on weekends or inquire about last minute availability for less than 3 nights just 7 days prior to arrival.

  • 1 full bedroom, 1 full/xl bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 queens beds and 1 twin bed.
  • 3 bathrooms, 2 on 2nd floor, 1 on 3rd floor
  • 4 TVS (one in each bedroom) all with 100+ satellite dish service with flat screen TV/VCR or DVD
  • 13 free HBO/Cinemax  channels
  • VCR/DVD loaning library available from hosts

    • The House of Two Urns B&B is fully inspected, licensed and approved by the City of Chicago and the Illinois Bed and Breakfast Association and is a member of the Chicago Bed and Breakfast Association and the American and Illinois Hotel Motel Associations.  Chicago Bed & Breakfast Establishments are required to be licensed and inspected, but not all are, if we do not have space, please check with one of our city licensed and inspected colleagues at:  www.chicago-bed-breakfast.com the ONLY website where only licensed and inspected B&Bs can be found.
