This sunlight-filled room has one queen bed, private bath (just across the hall) with tub/shower combo; a collection of French and German antique plates surround the ceiling and the Victorian bed has a firm pillow-top mattress for an extremely comfortable night's sleep. Free full breakfast, free wi-fi and free off-street parking included in our Standard Rates; 11.9% hotel tax not included. Children 10 or older are welcome as part of the maximum occupancy of two guests. SF: 150
Amenities: iron and ironing board, hair dryer, spa robes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, shared guest kitchen with coffee/tea service, house phone with free local calls and spacious sitting rooms, central heat and A/C and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. There is a lovely roof-top deck for outdoor seating during the summer months and side garden where we grow our fruits, berries, tomatoes and herbs. An off-street parking spot in our open lot is included with this room during the high (March-December) and during holidays.
As part of our new "Hotel-competitive" discounted Winter Break rates of $79/night (during non-holiday dates in December, January and March 2011/2012) these rates do not include breakfast and require a minimum 2 night stay.
