We are so close to downtown, public transit from both airports, boutique shopping and excellent restaurants that getting around in the Windy City is a breeze anytime of the year. Family-owned since 1991, Two Urns is conveniently located in a beautifully restored 1912 brownstone, originally built as a neighborhood Polish bakery; sweet smells still waft through the kitchen each morning as we serve a full breakfast daily to our B&B guests in residence (those choosing an apartment rental will find a fully furnished kitchen and a specialty grocery 1/2 block). We also offer wi-fi and DSL on-site, satellite TV with 13 movie channels, off-street parking, umbrellas, beach towels, toys for families with kids, DVD library, kitchen and laundry access and private phone lines including local calls to all our guests - and unlike hotels - all amenities are free. We are fully inspected and licensed by the City of Chicago; the Illinois Bed and Breakfast Association and offer a smoke- and pet-free environment. We have 4 guestrooms in the main inn and two 3 bedroom apartments. You can also book the main inn as a 4 bedroom apartment to accommodate up to 11 guests maximum. Standard rates apply from the peak season dates of March1, 2008 - December 6, 2008 and range from $119 to $189/night single or double occupancy and are discounted when booked at least 60 days prior to arrival or when booked on-line at this website. There is a 3-4 night minimum stay on weekends during the peak season, unless booked last minute (see Suite Deal rates) when we will consider a shorter stay as fill in for last minute vacancies.
