One of our two basic economy guestrooms "Cat", named for all the "purr"fectly quiet cat pictures that adorn the walls, has a shared hall bath with shower and one queen bed, writing desk, side chair, flat Screen TV/DVD/VHS with Dish TV service, walk-in closet. Maximum 2 guests. Free full breakfast, free in-room wi-fi and free off-street parking included. Standard rates of $109-$139/night; 11.9% hotel tax not included. Children 10 or older are welcome as part of the maximum occupancy of two guests. SF: 105
Amenities: iron and ironing board, hair dryer, spa robes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, guest kitchen with coffee/tea service, house phone with free local calls and two spacious sitting rooms, central heat and A/C and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. There is a lovely roof-top deck for outdoor seating during the summer months and side garden where we grow our fruits, berries, tomatoes and herbs. One off-street parking space is included in the rate.
As part of our new "Hotel-competitive" discounted Winter Break rates of $59/night (during non-blackout dates in December, January and March 2011/2012) this dramatically reduced rate does not include breakfast. You may add it in as "Winter Break-Fast" during this discounted period. Full breakfast is included during high season from March - December.
