RESERVATION POLICIES

To guarantee a room a valid credit card is required.
Payment is due one week prior to arrival.
Cancellations must be made by NOON at least one week prior to your arrival date
to receive a full refund.
A one night non-refundable fee is charged if you cancel less than one week prior to arrival.
The other nights are refunded only if we are able to re-book the room to another guest.  No shows are charged the full invoice amount. 

RESERVATIONS RESTRICTIONS
We require a 3 night minimum stay on all advance bookings.  We will accept less than a 3 night stay, if we have the room available just for those requested nights or if you call less than one week prior to arrival.

To reserve and guarantee a room  a valid credit card is required .

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Discover, Visa and Mastercard.

No deposit is taken at the time a reservation is made on guestroom reserved.  Apartment units are handled differently) One week prior to arrival your credit card will be charged in full; if you wish to pay with company check, it must have been received at least one week prior to your arrival date.  If you wish to pay with cash on arrival, you must inform us at the time your reservation is made.  Please be sure to bring along the card you used to make the reservation, as we will require it at check-in.

There is a surcharge of $10 to transfer the charges from one credit card to another one at check-in.  Please call us at least a week before arrival to switch credit cards if you plan or doing so.  it

We are inspected and approved by the City of Chicago and the Illinois Bed and Breakfast Association and have been for years.  

Chicago Bed and Breakfast Establishments are required to be licensed and inspected by the City of Chicago, but not all are, if we do not have space, please check with one of our city licensed and inspected colleagues at:  www.chicago-bed-breakfast.com the ONLY website where only licensed and inspected B&Bs can be found.
