To guarantee a room a valid credit card is required and payment is due one week prior to arrival.   If your credit card is not valid or is declined your room is not guaranteed.  You will receive an email notification of the payment and directions after your card is charged.
Cancellations must be made by NOON (CST) at least one week prior to your arrival date
to receive a full refund.   A one night non-refundable fee is charged if you cancel less than one week prior to arrival.
The other reserved nights are refunded only if we are able to re-book the room to another guest.  No shows are charged the full invoice amount. 

 RESERVATIONS RESTRICTIONS
We require a 2-4 night minimum stay on Friday/Saturdays during peak season (March-November)   We will accept less than a 1 night stay

To reserve and guarantee a room  a valid credit card is required and is charged 7 days prior to arrival.

We accept Discover, Visa and Mastercard.

bulletNo deposit is taken at the time of booking for a guestroom.
bulletPayment is due 7 days prior to arrival and the card on file is charged in full at that time.
bulletIf you wish to pay with check or cash, please send a money order or company check 14 days prior to arrival to ensure that we receive it before the 7 day due date.
bulletIf you wish to split the charge onto more than one credit card, we need to know this prior to the 7 day payment date.
bulletA $10 surcharge or 3% of total will be assessed if you need to transfer charges from one credit card to a different one at check in.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-ins are by appointment and you should arrive no later than 9 pm daily.  We prefer that you check in between 2 and 4 pm daily, but can hold luggage if you need to drop it off before 2 - just arrange that with us at least 48 hours prior to arrival.     We will try to accommodate your unique schedule as much as possible, however, until September 2010 we love the Millennium Park concerts and so most Wednesdays and some Fridays or Saturdays you will be asked to check in before 4 pm.  Please plan your schedule accordingly.  Guests, who do not notify of us of an eta at least 48 hours prior to arrival may not have their first choice of check-in time accommodated.   If you are delayed for any reason, please let us know so we can readjust our schedule for the day.

Check-out is before 11 am daily.  We can hold luggage for you to pick up later; but you must leave your guestroom before 11:00 am.   We appreciate your promptness in dropping off keys and remotes prior to 11:00 am.

The House of Two Urns B&B is fully inspected, licensed and approved by the City of Chicago and the Illinois Bed and Breakfast Association and a member of the Chicago Bed and Breakfast Association and the American and Illinois Hotel Motel Associations.

Chicago Bed and Breakfast Establishments are required to be licensed and inspected by the City of Chicago, but not all are, if we do not have space, please check with one of our city licensed and inspected colleagues at:  www.chicago-bed-breakfast.com the ONLY website where only licensed and inspected B&Bs can be found.
