Feel like Alice entering a wonderland of delights with this unique artist-made bed, inspired by the "Princess and the Pea" fairytale. This full-sized bed is piled high upon a base of painted mattresses and the jewel tones are carried over to the antique cedar-lined dresser/writing desk. A velvet duvet helps keep you snug and warm at night.   A small foot-stool helps you climb up into this higher-than-average bed. A queenly side chair gives you a chance to catch up on your favorite magazine or finish that novel you have been reading.  This, our most intimate room,  has high ceilings and an eastern exposure. Rates from $109 -139/night double occupancy.  Alice's Room shares a hall bath with a maximum of 2 other guests in la Chambre des Chats.
