Our most spacious guestroom has 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, a private en-suite bath with oval soaking tub and separate shower, Satellite TV/DVD/VCR with in-room video and reading library. Two large windows facing west give a "Mary Poppins" roof-top view over Wicker Park. Free full breakfast, free wi-fi and free off-street parking included in our Standard Rates; 11.9% hotel tax not included. Children 10 or older are welcome as part of the maximum occupancy of five guests. SF: 205
Amenities: iron and ironing board, hair dryer, spa robes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, in-room mini-fridge, shared guest kitchen with coffee/tea service, house phone with free local calls and spacious sitting rooms, central heat and A/C and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. There is a lovely roof-top deck for outdoor seating during the summer months and side garden where we grow our fruits, berries, tomatoes and herbs. An off-street parking spot in our open lot is included with this room during the high (March-December) and holiday seasons.
As part of our new "Hotel-competitive" discounted 2012 Winter Break rates of $79-$109/night (S/D occ: during non-holiday dates in December, January and March 2011/2012) these rates do not include our yummy full breakfast, please add this in if you wish breakfast during thesewhen you book with us.
