The perfect room for a romantic get-away or for families with children, the Alcova has 2 queen beds, a twin bed and a large private ensuite bath, with large oval tub/shower hand spray.  I t offers a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday city life and offers a "Mary Poppins" roof-top view of Wicker Park.

The room is so comfy you will want to curl up with a good book or take some time to write one in this very spacious attic guestroom with peaked ceilings and a small fireplace.  Golden afternoon light warms up the room and it is away from the noise of other guestrooms - there is a common sitting room opposite the room.     Recently redecorated, the Alcova now has beautiful oak floors, lovely oak french doors between the bath and sleeping room and can easily sleep five in 3 beds - including children over 2 years of age.  A crib is available for an infant under the age of 2 at no extra cost.    

Rack rates are for one night stays.  Effective June 9th, 2010 a $10 discount is available on stays of 2 or more nights when booked directly through our twourns.com  website as well as a $20 discount for single occupancy.   These discounts do not apply to third-party bookings.

N.B., Surcharges apply for any additional registered guest up to maximum room occupancy of five (5)  including all toddlers and children; one infant under the age of 2 is allowed in addition to the five guests.   Surcharges of $20-30/per adult are charged for any registered guests over the age of 11.  This room does not allow occupancy of more than 5 guests; if unregistered guests are brought in a $100/person per night fee is charged.
