Winter Break Rates - Parts of December 2011 and January - February 2012. During our 2011-2012 Winter Break discounted rate periods, we now offer low-prices at hotel-competitive rates, but without our delish breakfast included or guaranteed parking. Breakfast is $30/night added on to the Winter Break rate either single or double occupancy. These dates include December 5th, 2011- December 22, 2011; January 3, 2012 - February 9th, 2012 and February 16th -February 29th, 2012. Winter Break Rates for stays of 2 nights or longer for our Deluxe Queen is $89/night single or double; Standard Queen and Twin are $69/night single or double occupancy and for Superb queen, King or Suites $79/night single or $109/night double occupancy and are non-commissionable. Additional fees apply for rooms where more than 2 guests are allowed - add $20/night per each allowed guest without breakfast and $30/night per each additionally allowed guest with breakfast. Our Standard Rate 15% discount for stays of 3 nights or longer does not apply during the winter Break period.
